We will be having a competition team training this Saturday 1/22 from 12:30-2PM. If you are competing on the 5th you need to be there. Everyone else 2 stripes and up who can come and help out would be much appreciated. Myself, Coach Joaquin and Coach Andres will be there. This is a good time just to get some hard training in and learn how jiu-jitsu competition works.
