The next competition is coming up January 23rd. Tournament is also linked on the right hand side of the blog. We will have two competition team meetings in January:
Saturday 12/9 - 12:30-2
Friday 12/15 - 5-6:30
These training sessions are open to everyone. If you just want to come and get some hard training and help out your team, or if you want to check out how competitions work, this is the time to do it. Those of you planning on competing need to come to both meetings!
Also, please welcome James McNally to BJJ and Muay Thai and Drew Anderson to BJJ when you guys see them!
