MMA Class Starts Today!

Just to let you guys know, MMA class starts today 12/6. UFC fighter Chris Camozzi will be instructing. If you are interested in upgrading to include this class let us know at the front desk. While this class is small you have a unique opportunity to receive a lot of personal instruction from Chris directly.

Class is Monday and Wednesday from 5:30-6:30 and Saturday from 1:30-2:30.

The NoGi Intermediate Class on Wednesday has been moved from 7-8:30 effective this week 12/1. See you on the mat!

Troy and Kelly have the pro shop decked out and the space is ready to go for the grand opening on Saturday. Make sure and stop in to pick something up, shorts, t's, gloves, wraps, whatever...
Free Muay Thai, CrossFit, CF Kids and BJJ intros from 10-12 on the 1/2 hour. Chris's MMA seminar from 12-2. Bring some friends down to try something and we'll see you there!

We will be closed for regular schedule Thursday, Friday and Saturday of this week. There will be Open Mat from 12-1:30 on Friday for anyone wanting to come in and train. Happy Thanksgiving!
