Come to the focus class this Sunday from 11-1 with coach Joaquin. This Sunday's class will emphasize passing the guard. Open to all levels. See you there!

Competition Training Saturday 7/17 from 2-4PM

Competition Training 7/17 from 2-4 PM. Everyone competing in the Fight to Win tournament needs to be there. If you are not competing, come anyway and help get your team ready and get some great training in. Your help is appreciated!

Sunday Focus Class!

We are starting a new Sunday focus class this Sunday with coach Joaquin Baca. The class will run from 11-1 and is open to all levels. The topic for this coming Sunday will be attacking the turtle/back & escaping the back.

Coach Joaquin brings a lot of BJJ experience to our academy. He is a great guy and we are excited to have him here. Please come down on Sundays and get some top notch training in!

Congratulations to Brian Camozzi!

A big congratulations to Brian Camozzi for recently passing his Muay Thai Level One Exam. Here is a shot of him receiving his Thai shorts from Kru Marc. Brian has been very consistent in his training and worked hard to get this far. Who's next...?

No Judo Class this Friday 7/2/Judo Schedule Shift

There is no Judo Class tomorrow. Prof. Busy will start his class at 6PM for that day.

Also, Judo will be moving on Friday from 5:30 to 6PM. So it will start 1/2 hour later effective next Friday 6/9.
